It has a wrap around balcony with sweeping ocean views from the kitchen, lounge room, dining room as well as both bedrooms. It is on the 10th level of a 23 level beachfront building with a large swimming pool, wading pool, spa, sauna, full size tennis court, games room, lovely gardens and bar-b-que area. Within the building complex are restaurants, cafes, cinemas and boutique shops as well as grocery stores. Surf Spots
 Coolangatta is one of the fabulous Gold Coast beaches which stretch from Surfers Paradise to the Tweed River, most of which can be seen from our balcony. Nearby are the famous surfing spots of Snapper Rocks and Duranbah, which host major surfing contests each year. The surf break running from Snapper Rocks to Kirra is reputedly the longest in the world. Surfing lessons are available for those that are interested.
