Our beautifully decorated 1 acre home is a "quiet retreat" in the hills of Escondido, in North San Diego. We live in a small enclave of 34 homes. Home includes gated front courtyard and fountain, living room, dining room, den, huge kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped office, and a separate casita on the property. Behind our property is a tree nursery of several acres and backs to mountains, excellent sunsets in back yard facing west. Easy access to freeways, within 1 mile. Our home includes newer furnishings, luxury bedding, gourmet kitchen, 2 indoor fireplaces and 1 outdoor, gorgeous landscaping, outdoor entertainment area, spa, dining, lawn games, all custom built last year. Enclosed laundry room, separate and spacious office with library and computer set up. The master bedroom and master bath is super spacious as are the 2 other bedrooms - one queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. Both main bathrooms have 2 sinks in each and bathtub and separate shower. Large entertainment center with 55" HDTV bigscreen. Two air conditioning units provide cool air for both sides of the house. This is a beautiful yet very fun and welcoming home. Feel free to "live" in it! Our family can assist with tourist information and can greet you upon arrival with lots of information. We have a groundkeeper/pool service bi-weekly and a housekeeper weekly. This is a great base for Southern California travel. Enjoy!
