Mendocino, California Home swap for surfer

Read more reviews and ratings     Write a Review Owner digsville | Contact Spacious 5 bedroom home situated on 25 acres of redwood forest. A 5 minute drive from the village of Mendocino and beaches. Newly renovated kitchen, dining room and living room with high vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows in kitchen, 3 fireplaces, manicured garden, 2 patio decks, hot tub situated in a private redwood grove. The main house has 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has a twin with a pull out trundle. There is also a separate guest cottage with bathroom and kitchen. Guest cottage has a kitchen, full bath and one bedroom with a double bed, but there is also a double futon in the living room of the guest cottage. The main house has wireless internet access and a washer and dryer. We also have a 2 bedroom apartment in Berkeley, California near San Francisco if you want to split your visit between San Francisco and Mendocino.
