We will be on another trip, so the exchange will not be concurrent.  Newly renovated, ultra-deluxe, oceanfront high-end condo on Ala Moana Blvd directly across the street from the ocean. On one side of the property is Ala Moana beach park and on the other, is the largest outdoor mall in the world, Ala Moana Center.  This large one bedroom is equipped with central air-conditioning and is well-appointed with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, and Italian travertine tiled floors throughout the 1000 sf unit. Features a Tommy Bahama queen-size bed and new 42 inch LCD TV with wireless internet. The views are dramatic with the Ala Wai yacht harbor and famous “Ala Moana bowls” surf spot (the wave made famous when it was featured in the opening scenes of “Hawaii 5-0”). Similar rooms go for $300/night or $2500/month.  As a responsible, professional, non-smoking couple with no children, we are considering an exchange with professional and responsible persons. We are open to any variety of wondrous locations, as well as our own beautiful Hawaiian neighbor islands. Let\\\'s discuss the possibilities. Aloha!
