This is a new place with a funky name (it's really called Nice Hotel) that was in business a couple of months when i stayed there in April 07, and I got a spiffing & spanking shiny huge room for $15 ... however, as it tends to be in this country, a few things didn't fully work, like the air con didn't seem to have any effect at all (or it was too small for the huge room), and the top sheet was missing with the bedding ... wired internet available in the rooms. If they manage to keep the place as nice looking as it is now, it's a steal. But i suspect it'll be as grimy looking as anything in that price bracket around there soon.
