Content You're Posting on Glissers

By submitting or posting content, you are representing that you are the owner of such material or have authorization to distribute it. Glissers reserves the right to make additions or deletions to the text or graphics prior to publication. Once you post content on , you expressly grant us the complete right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, etc. the content in any form, anywhere.
Any submission of data to must be done by the owner or with express consent of the owner of its copyright. reserves the rights to publish any submitted information in any form by means of electronic, printed or otherwise.
With respect to all content you elect to post to other accessible areas of the Service, you grant the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

All bookings on are made with the chosen surf accommodation and not with Glissers.
Glissers only only helps to arrange the making of reservations, and is not a party to the contract between you and the owner of the surf accommodations. Glissers has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract, whether directly or indirectly.
Glissers is not liable or responsible for loss of or damage to any property or death or injury to any person during your stay at or during your transportation to and from the surf camp.

Glissers is a part of Blue Swede LTD, which is a UK-based company. This agreement is governed by UK law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Glissers will be treated according to UK law in a UK court.
